Wednesdays:
1:30 – 2:15 p.m. 2 ¾ - 4 years old
2:30 – 3:15 p.m. 4-5 years old
3:45 – 4:30 p.m. 6-7 years old
4:30-5:15 8-10 years old
Thursdays:
3:45 – 4:30 p.m. 6-7 years old
4:30-5:15 5th-7th Grade(class size limited to 8 and can be cancelled if less than 5 registered)

A first visit evaluation is required. The evaluation runs from 30 – 45 minutes. Please contact us to set up your appointment, and to receive the necessary paperwork.
Sessions thereafter run 30 minutes or more, depending on the child.
$60 for 30 minute session
($30 each additional 15 minutes)
Robin Daniels is a yoga teacher, continuously studying in the Anusara system and philsophy of seeing the beauty in everyone and everything, in addition to the importance of emphasis on proper alignment. She has been teaching yoga since 2004, practicing since 1996, and working with people therapeutically since 2007. Prior to teaching yoga, Robin worked for a nonprofit company, teaching marine ecology and environmental science in Baltimore City and County, in public and private school schools (pre-K – 12th grade). She sees yoga as a patient, trusting, and healing practice for those ready and willing to learn, at any stage of life.
Sessions will focus on:
- Strengthening and increasing body awareness
- Duo Yoga
- Working together for cooperative play/interaction
- Encouraging motor planning, problem solving, cooperation, and creativity.
Yoga for Mom and Baby,
Age 9 - 18 months
Wednesdays 10-11am
